Meet Cheryl-Ann!
“I'm a visual artist. That means my work focuses on communicating ideas, emotions and thoughts by using images and forms.
I divide my efforts between creating landscape and wildlife paintings and working with small businesses to design visual art for their brand and everyday use.
Based in Hamilton, Ontario, I produce my work in my home studio office. My day consists of communicating and working with my graphic design clients across North America, managing my social media platforms, creating pre-recorded painting workshops for my students, keeping on top of administrative tasks, seeking new clients, applying for fine art exhibitions and shows and sharing my knowledge and experience with people just like you through my social media platforms. In addition I am consistently working on new projects and participating in learning opportunities to grow my skills and knowledge.
My daughters are both successful adults and my time is now my own. I do not describe what I do as a job but rather a lifestyle that I have chosen and enjoy everyday.
I consistently reach out and share my own experiences with others because I would want someone to do the same for me when I have questions or feel unsure. My eagerness to share and help is genuine and comes from a place of caring. I've experienced hardship and difficult times in my own life and I know what it's like to be alone.
